London 2016 Conference, 3 February

As a prelude to the ‘Supporting Syria and the Region - London 2016’ Conference on 4 February, co-hosted by the UK, Kuwait, Germany, Norway and the United Nations, Bond is co-facilitating a civil society conference the day before, on 3 February.

The NGO conference will raise awareness of the situation in Syria, putting the spotlight on Syrian voices and experiences of daily life inside Syria and neighbouring countries.

The direct input and views from those working and living in the region will contribute to a long term and holistic plan to support refugees inside Syria and neighbouring countries.

We have identified three main issues to facilitate discussions on the day; education, livelihoods and protection.
